I am currently a student in the Bookbinding program at North Bennet Street School in Boston, MA. Originally from Oregon, I graduated from Oregon State University in 2015 with a BS in Interior Design and a minor in French. While studying at OSU I was a student working at The Valley Library, mostly doing repair work on the books in the circulating collection.

I have always loved books and reading, and working at the library gave me to opportunity to combine that love with a love of working with my hands and creating something beautiful. I decided that I wanted to pursue a career in bookbinding and conservation so I did an internship with the Special Collections and Archives at the Valley Library my last term of undergrad.

After taking a couple years to work and save for school, I started the Bookbinding program at NBSS in the Fall of 2017.
